Customer Responsibilities

• Not misuse the platform.

Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

• List only products they own.
• Upload genuine photos and videos.
• Deliver products in working condition.
• Provide accurate descriptions.

Platform Rules

Xylo:

• Verifies users through KYC.
• Holds security deposits.
• Reviews disputes fairly.
• May suspend fraudulent accounts.

Commission

Xylo charges a platform commission on successful rentals and sales as displayed in the vendor agreement.

Liability

Xylo is a marketplace and is not the owner of listed products unless specifically stated.
